The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the Events of AEIRC. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Conference and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The Organizer will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment
Submission of an online registration or via our ambassador/representative is considered as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the registration will not be confirmed until full payment either by online banking, via representative/ambassador and money transfer (Upaisa/easypaisa).
2. Privacy
The personal information supplied in registration process will be held by AEIRC as a record of attendees. By registering, participants agree that organizers can use their personal information in order to contact them by email, phone call and text messages.
3. Cancellation
We hold strict policies for cancellation and therefore clarify that if in any case the participants claim cancellation, registration fee will not be refunded.
4. Missing an event
In case you miss an event even after the payment of the event, no certificate of attendance will be provided as per the guidelines of CME.
5. Visa Application
Authors with accepted paper can apply for an acceptance letter that can be used for visa application.
6. Conference Language
The conference language is English & Urdu.
7. Liability
The Organizers will not accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content. The Organizers will not acquire any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
8. Photographs, video-streaming, etc.
The Organizer may free of charge and without the further consent of the participants use and release pictures and shots taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the Conference for reports and announcement of events in future. The Organizer may audio and/or video tape the sessions and the tapes may be published in our newsroom.
9. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Disputes
All agreements or dispute between the Organizer and the Participant which may arise between the Organizers and the Participants shall be exclusively subjected to Pakistan law.

Confidentiality & Data security
AEIRC is devoted to maintain the trust & esteem with respect to costumer’s privacy. The information including contact details, email address, mailing address, phone number, log in & account details, communication, queries, comments, contribution etc. will be secured through the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Authorities
In rare instances, we may disclose personal information if any misconduct or any sort of allegation is held that requires legal processing and investigations.
Legal use of the website
When using the website the material should not be used without prior consent. You must not violate personal or others rights. The content and resources present on any of linked pages of the website may be removed according to the updates. Therefore, we hold no responsibility for your reliance on the previous content.

To avoid confusions, AEIRC is the licensee of all academic and intellectual property present on the website. All such rights are reserved.
