These clinics are absolutely free for general public and anyone can get benefited by simply walking on to clinic, the willing subjects or patients only have to book their slots by prior appointment. This instruction manual is an endeavor done to deliver user purpose, use and design of a tool for stress evaluation; Sadaf Stress Scale(SSS). To focus on major stressors acting on human body in recent times and exaggerating many disease processes. This tool can be an essential instrument for analyzing different types of stress in an individual with the help of indicators that form the basis of questionnaire. The grading of stress intensity can be useful in determining the severity of patient as well as a normal looking stressed individual. This instrument is based on both chronic and acute stress condition that can be used in hospitals for the patients to know how their conditions of pain, pregnancy, hyper/hypoglycemia, hypo/hypertension, drug abuse etc. are chronic stressors devastating on body; along with that this tool can be beneficial in organizational or homely settings where work, physical, emotional, psychosocial and nutritional stresses need to be identified and resolved. This document is intended to guide practitioners, researchers and individuals themselves to use it, interpret the results and grade their stress with the help of given method. The developed SSS is proposed as easy to use and provide the user with the opportunity for personal symptom check. Based on local knowledge and available data, the tool highlights current stressors relative to key aspects of psychosocial and physiological conditions of human body. Users are encouraged to complete the SSS Assessment to test their current stress level with the help of step by step instructions for how to use the tool follow below. On average, it is expected to take half hour to complete the tool. The length of time it takes to complete will vary based on individual’s experience of symptoms and their understanding of sufferings. Once the tool has been completed, the results can be used to identify reasons and the specific kind of stress in subject and to focus what should be changed in removing any particular stress from life.
